SUPPLY AGREEMENT
11.1 Term
This Agreement shall remain in effect for twenty-four (24) months from the Effective Date, unless earlier terminated in accordance with clause 14.
11.2 Liability cap
The Supplier's aggregate liability shall not exceed USD 500,000 in any twelve-month period.
11.3 Termination for cause
Either party may terminate this Agreement on thirty (30) days’ written notice following an uncured material breach.
